- Candidates must be a citizen of India
- Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) registered under Section 7A of the Citizenship Act can also apply for Tamil Nadu NEET counselling 2023. OCI candidates, however, will be treated as General candidates and will not be eligible to claim reservations under any other category.
- Candidates must qualify for NEET 2023
- They must be a native of Tamil Nadu
- A candidate who has passed Class 6 to Class 12 from any other state, but is a native of Tamil Nadu, must produce the following documents of their parents:

Tamil Nadu NEET Counselling 2023 – Step-by-Step Procedure
As Kerala MBBS 2023 counselling is only conducted in online mode, to help the candidates, a step-by-step procedure is mentioned below.
Step 1: Registration process: Candidates seeking admission must register by filling out the application form’s personal, academic, and required details.
To enrol oneself for Tamil Nadu Medical counselling, a candidate must fill out the application form on the official website, tnmedicalselection.net. The application form for Tamil Nadu NEET counselling 2023 will be available online. A candidate must fill out the application form online and take a printout. He/she must then courier a copy of the filled application form along with the required documents to the following address:

Step 2: Publishing merit list: The counselling authority will publish the state merit list after completing the application form.

After the conclusion of the registration process, CEE publishes a list of candidates who are eligible for the Kerala NEET counselling process in the online mode. Candidates who will qualify for NEET 2023 exam and successfully applied for Kerala MBBS/BDS admission by filling out the application form will be included in the merit list of Kerala MBBS 2023. Kerala MBBS merit list 2023 mentions an allotted ‘state rank’ to the candidates on the basis of their NEET UG scores.
